3. Data Sharing & Disclosure

• With Donors/Receivers: When a receiver raises a request, certain details (blood group, name, phone number, location) will be shared with nearby donors. Similarly, donors may contact receivers directly.
• Third-Party Services: WhatsApp is used for notification delivery. WhatsApp operates under its own privacy policy, and we encourage you to review it.
• Legal Requirements: We may disclose information if required by law or to comply with legal processes.
• We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties.

We collect GPS-based location data at the time of app usage, with your explicit consent, to identify nearby blood donors and individuals requesting blood. This location information is not tracked continuously or in real time and is used only for proximity-based matching and facilitating direct communication between donors and recipients. GPS data is not used for monitoring movement, advertising, or analytics, and is not shared with third parties except where necessary to enable the blood donation connection or as required by law.
